Craig is a dedicated and approachable Personal Trainer who aims to put you on the path to the best body you can possibly possess. Craig holds a depth of knowledge from his qualifications which are second to none. As well as his Level 3 Craig is also fully qualified to instruct a number of classes including; Boxercise, Spinning, Circuit Training and also brings his intense 300 class to Boxfit.
Craig is always in the gym pushing himself to the limit and he expects the same from you. His style is friendly and approachable but in return he expects dedication and honesty. Craig has a healthy interest in nutrition and loves to give nutritional advice and analyse people current diets and encourage changes where appropriate.
Having been a fitness fanatic since a young age being part of Spraire Lads as well as his school football and swimming teams Craig’s main strengths within the gym are lean muscle building, strength training and bodyweight exercises. Craig writes extensive programmes to meet clients needs over all skill levels. Outside of work and training Craig enjoys playing football up to 3 times a week, mountain biking and socialising with friends.
