Designed to target your torso, working all aspects of the abs and back. Sculpting your abs into shape and strengthening your core which is key for overall strength. If you are new to abdominal training some of the exercises will be challenging, however our qualified Foxfit instructor will be on hand to modify exercises if needed.


A fun class to target those stubborn areas of the thighs, buttocks and abdominals which will also burn calories, raise metabolism, and tone muscles. Exercises are designed to flatten and firm your tummy, lift and tighten your bottom, shape and tone your thighs as well as strengthen and support your back.


The world’s most popular boxing fitness session. Boxercise will get you in top condition and help you de-stress, with combinations of pad work, skipping and bodyweight circuits. Boxercise does what it says on the tin; provides a whole body workout based on the skills and techniques of ring craft. There’s no bodily contact though plenty of boxing moves and techniques that provide a quality workout to participants.


Hugely popular, this class is a great way to meet people whilst getting a varied workout. A total mix up of hi/low impact cardiovascular stations amongst toning exercises makes this an excellent class for all! Various stations designed to exercise the whole body including sprints.


Kettlebell Training Class will help kick all your fitness goals into high gear!  Functional, compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure.  With a focus on integrating breathing, movement and alignment with your ability to control balance and weight.  Working with the kettlebell is combined with jumping rope and body weight exercises for an all around heart-pumping workout.

A fun effective low impact balancing and conditioning class using a swiss ball that helps develop your core fitness. This class revives the space hopper as a piece of fitness kit, ideal to improve body awareness, posture and balance. Includes a variety of general toning exercises with a twist… exercising on an unstable surface! The Swiss Ball! A great effective workout. All levels welcome.

The 300 Strength

This class is a very powerful and intense session which builds muscle and improves muscular endurance. Its aims are to increase strength and muscle definition with the added benefits of reducing fat FAST!
